General Provisions
All products and services detailed on this website are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the contract between Zurniz.com (the Brand Owned by Large Tech Company) and the customer. For third-party tours, travel products, or services such as cruises, flights, coaches, and sightseeing, the specific Terms and Conditions of the third-party service provider will also apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
Service Provision
The services provided during tours are offered by independent entities such as airlines, surface transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, ships, and places of entertainment like theme parks and museums. While we select reputable suppliers and inspect their infrastructure, we do not have direct control over their services or staff. Therefore, Zurniz cannot be held responsible for any shortcomings or deficiencies in the services provided by these suppliers. Any delay, injury, death, loss, or damage resulting from such services does not render Zurniz liable. If a client is dissatisfied with a particular service, we can address the issue with the supplier if we are notified immediately as outlined in this document.
Liability and Responsibility
Zurniz is not responsible for any acts or omissions of co-travelers or third parties that result in injury, damage, or danger to life, limb, or property of any client.
Service Descriptions and Itinerary Changes
The descriptions of services on our website are as accurate as possible at the time of upload. However, factors beyond our control such as traffic issues, weather conditions, festivals, events, strikes, or changes in management can affect the services or itineraries. We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify tour packages, itineraries, schedules, and travel plans without prior notice. If alternative arrangements made are materially superior, additional charges may apply.
Booking and Payment
Upon booking, clients must pay a non-refundable, interest-free deposit as per Zurniz’s policy. The Booking Form, Terms and Conditions, and Payment Receipt constitute a binding contract. The company reserves the right to decline bookings or cancel any booking without providing a reason. No alterations or waivers to these terms by any employee or the client are permitted.
Pricing Policy
Tour prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, seasonal charges, and other factors. Any price increases must be paid in full before the tour departure.
Visas and Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and carry valid travel documents, including a passport valid for at least six months from the travel date, necessary visas, confirmed air tickets, insurance, medical clearances, and vaccination certificates. Zurniz can facilitate visa applications but is not responsible for the rejection or delay of visa issuance. Visa processing fees are non-refundable even if visas are denied.
Insurance
Clients must purchase Overseas Medical and other insurance policies to cover risks to life, limb, and property for the tour duration. If the client requests, Zurniz can obtain such insurance policies, but clients must verify their accuracy. Zurniz is not liable for any inaccuracies in the insurance policies obtained.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify Zurniz in writing if they wish to cancel a booking. Cancellation charges, as specified by Zurniz and third-party providers, will apply. Cancellation due to any reason, including illness or court orders, will still incur charges. Zurniz reserves the right to cancel a tour and refund the amount paid after deducting expenses.

Refunds
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 270 working days from the date of request to refund is approved. There are no refunds for unutilized services due to any reason, including illness or loss of travel documents.

Conditions of Travel
Clients must adhere to the tour program and return to India as per the validity of the air ticket. No refunds are given if clients fail to join or leave the tour early. Clients must reach the tour commencement point and register with the Zurniz representative. In case of discontinuation of the tour for any reason, no refund claims will be entertained.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
