Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Booking Terms:
All the Bookings, Online or Offline are on Full Payments in Advance.
Refunds:
- If Cancelled 30+ Days Prior to the Departure Date 10% Cancellation Charges would be Deducted from the Total of the Ticket Cost.
If Cancelled 15+ Days Prior to the Departure Date 25% Cancellation Charges would be Deducted from the Total of the Ticket Cost.
If Cancelled 7 or Lesser Days Prior to the Departure Date then there would be No Refunds.
- If the Tour is Cancelled/Rescheduled by the Company for any Reason which are beyond the Human or Company’s Control, then there shall be No Refunds, instead, the tour would be rescheduled to a new possible date. In Such a Case, a Future Travel Voucher would be issued for the Same Amount as paid by the Traveller at the time of Booking.
Refunds Time Frame:
Maximum Time Frame for Refunds: If Refunds are Approved by the company (ZURNIZ aka ZURNIZ TRAVEL COMPANY), then the Refunds would be Settled into the Bank account of Booking Creator within 270 Working Days Counted from the Date of Approval of Refunds.
